Matthew D. Sosonkin, Esq. is an Associate Attorney and the Head of the Workers’ Compensation Division of RTRLAW. Mr. Sosonkin is an experienced Florida Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice and Workers’ Compensation lawyer. He has extensive knowledge of the workers’ compensation system, civil litigation and the insurance defense industry, having gained significant experience working for multiple insurance defense firms in Florida.

Mr. Sosonkin has successfully represented clients throughout Florida in both county and circuit court, as well as in front of Judges of Compensation Claims on a wide range of matters, including workers’ compensation and medical malpractice to automobile negligence.
