Mr. Blackburn’s dedication, hard work, and successful leadership of our growing PIP division earned him this new distinction.

Mr. Blackburn practices PIP law, handling all aspects of PIP auto insurance coverage, including filing lawsuits against insurance companies to collect medical bills on behalf of medical providers who were either not paid or underpaid the amount billed.

RTRLAW’s PIP Division is continuing to grow, adding attorneys and legal assistants to the team. Mr. Blackburn has been at the forefront of developing law and new arguments in the PIP industry for many years.
