Workers’ Compensation Attorney – Seeking a full-time Workers’ Compensation Associate Attorney with three or more years of Workers’ Compensation litigation experience. Candidate also must possess exceptional analytical and writing skills, a strong work ethic, the confidence and strong verbal communication skills to work directly with clients and colleagues, a willingness to market and the ability to bring in business. RTRLAW offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits, including health, vision and life insurance, paid holidays, PTO, a state-of-the-art office environment with a positive and enthusiastic work culture, room for growth, and the potential for bonus and commission pay. Salary: From $100,000 a year plus bonuses.

Workers’ Compensation Case Manager – Seeking a full-time Workers’ Compensation Case Manager with at least one year of case management experience in a Claimant’s Workers’ Compensation setting. The candidate must be able to perform the following tasks:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
- Oversee 120+ Workers’ Compensation files.
- Possess experience with law firm management/case management software.
- Request medical records and other discovery related to furthering claims.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
- Prepare settlement documents.
- Conduct and maintain positive and enthusiastic interactions with all clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys and colleagues.

Salary: $17-$19 an hour; Qualifications: 1 year of case management experience required; Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
