Personal Injury Associate Attorney
We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our Dallas team This position is perfect for attorneys with 1+ years of pre-suit personal injury experience who are eager to grow as legal professionals, have a passion for justice, and a drive to excel in Personal Injury Law. Entry-level with no experience accepted. Bilingual, English/Spanish, preferred but NOT required. You will work alongside a dynamic and experienced team of Attorneys and have local and remote support staff.

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 Base Salary + Commission on pre-suit & settled litigation cases. Commensurate based on experience. Bar Dues and CLEs provided by the law firm, and a commission on any case brought into our firm for any areas of law that we handle.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with our clients to understand the extent of their injuries, negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and represent our clients in court. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability claims, and wrongful death cases. Drafting demand packages, negotiating and settling cases, networking with doctors, reviewing cases and making recommendations to clients, sitting in on statements and EUO’s, legal research, and legal writing. Work with experts from various medical and other disciplines assist with report drafting, deposition preparation, etc. On-call rotation to take new client calls.
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. 1+ years of experience pre-suit personal injury on plaintiff side. Experience drafting demand packages, signing up new clients, screening prospective new clients, negotiating and settling cases, and reviewing files and speaking with clients about recommendations on their cases, sitting in on statements and EUO’s. Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing, and legal research skills. Great attorney work ethic.
