You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

Personal Injury Attorney (Pre-Suit Plaintiff)
We are currently seeking a dedicated, experienced bilingual (English and Spanish) Pre-suit Personal Injury Associate Attorney to join our team. Compensation: Base salary $100,000 – $125,000 and commensurate based on experience.
Attorneys with a portable case load already in place will receive preferential consideration. Bar Dues and CLEs provided by the law firm, health insurance benefits provided by the firm, commission on cases brought into our firm for any area of law that we handle (minus PIP).
Responsibilities:
Work closely with our clients to understand the extent of their injuries, negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and represent our clients in court. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, including auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability claims, and wrongful death cases. Drafting demand packages, negotiating and settling cases, networking with doctors, reviewing cases and making recommendations to clients, sitting in on statements and EUO’s, legal research, and legal writing. Work with experts from various medical and other disciplines assist with report drafting, deposition preparation, etc. On-call rotation to take new client calls.
Qualifications:
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar. 1+ years of experience pre-suit personal injury on plaintiff side. Experience drafting demand packages, signing up new clients, screening prospective new clients, negotiating and settling cases, and reviewing files and speaking with clients about recommendations on their cases, sitting in on statements and EUO’s. Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing, and legal research skills. Great attorney work ethic.

We are currently seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with 2+ years of plaintiff litigation experience. Candidates with specific exposure to the areas of personal injury and property damage litigation are preferred.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in Personal Injury law, research skills, significant experience with written and electronic discovery, experience taking depositions as well as experience with trial preparation and participation. A commitment to exceptional client service and an interest and willingness to participate in business development efforts are necessary.

Responsibilities
:Includes handling litigation caseload from inception through trial or resolution. The attorney will complete extensive case-related research into relevant laws and regulations, negotiate on behalf of clients, draft and interpret contracts and legal documents. Attending court hearings and trials, preparing pleadings and letters, handling discovery requests and take depositions. Draft motions, responses, and other filings in state and federal court cases. Appear in court, take, and defend depositions, interact with clients. Handle discovery matters, including discovery requests, responses, and motions. Investigate facts.
Qualifications:
