Download VCardEric Hernandez is a licensed Private Investigator for RTRLAW serving the Central Florida area. Mr. Hernandez is a highly experienced security industry specialist with a Florida Class C Private Investigator License and a Florida Class D Security License, among several others.
As an integral member of the RTRLAW Personal Injury Litigation team, Mr. Hernandez meets with potential clients and conducts in-person intake meetings/interviews at the clients’ requests wherever they may be, and gathers the evidence needed to support our clients’ cases.
He primarily focuses on pre-suit investigation, liability analysis and litigation support.
Prior to working for RTRLAW, Mr. Hernandez served in several security related roles including working in Executive Protection, as a Security Detection field technician, a Security Supervisor at a large facility, a Contract Security Officer for Pinkerton on a natural disaster and tactical team, and as Regional Operations Manager for a security firm.
As the Regional Operations Manager, he managed and coordinated all security operations and programs in multiple markets in the southeast region including internationally in Mexico City. He also managed, trained, and mentored security and loss prevention specialists.
Mr. Hernandez is a native Floridian and bilingual in English and Spanish.
He resides in Orlando with his family and enjoys sports and being with family and friends.
