Brent Davenport is a skilled Associate Attorney in RTRLAW’s Personal Injury Protection Litigation division. With a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Florida A&M University College of Law and a background in finance from the University of South Florida, Brent brings both legal acumen and financial insight to his work.

Prior to joining RTRLAW, Brent served as a Personal Injury Protection Attorney, where he managed cases from initial assignment to resolution. His experience includes summarizing complex medical records, negotiating settlements, and developing litigation strategies that prioritize client outcomes. Brent also has a strong commitment to diversity, demonstrated through his active role on the firm’s diversity committee.

Before focusing on PIP litigation, Brent worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Dade City, Florida. In this role, he managed criminal cases from arrest to trial, collaborating with investigators, conducting depositions, and representing clients in jury trials. His experience advocating for clients under high-stakes circumstances has given him a compassionate and tenacious approach to legal representation.
