Jennifer Clayton is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in both plaintiff and defense work in State and Federal courts. A graduate of Baylor Law School, Jennifer became a licensed attorney in Texas in 2005. Her legal expertise spans multiple areas, including mass torts, construction defects, product liability, breach of contract, consumer protection, personal injury, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and commercial trucking accidents.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has demonstrated exceptional litigation and appellate skills, managing cases from initial stages through trial and appeal. Her experience includes drafting pleadings, conducting research, interviewing clients and witnesses, negotiating settlements, and successfully arguing in hearings and at trial. Jennifer’s commitment to her clients is evident in her proactive communication and her dedication to developing effective litigation strategies and solutions. Prior to her legal practice, she gained valuable federal experience through internships with the U.S. Federal Magistrate and a State Title IV-D Court.
