Joshua (Josh) E. Rhea Esq. Is an associate attorney at our Orlando office in the Family Law and Commercial Litigation Division at RTRLAW.

Attorney Rhea has experience in a variety of practice areas, including family law, construction law, contract law, and first-party property law. At RTRLAW, he represents clients throughout Florida on a wide array of cases, including divorce and child custody cases, contract cases, construction defect cases, and property damage at commercial or residential properties, among others.

Mr. Rhea is a passionate and persuasive legal advocate who is dedicated to protecting his clients’ interests. He began his legal career in family law and had his own law firm. He has also worked with other leading law firms in Florida. In addition, he worked in the construction industry and ran his own construction company for a time, doing everything from roofing and tile work to woodworking and welding. As a construction expert, he eventually began taking construction law cases, representing clients with construction defect cases and first-party property damage claims. He’s also worked on a number of contract cases.

Mr. Rhea received his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at Grand Valley State University in Allendale, Michigan. He went on to get his Juris Doctorate at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School at Western Michigan University in Lansing, Michigan. He’s licensed to practice law in Florida and has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2012.

Mr. Rhea is married with two children and resides in Leesburg, Florida. He enjoys supporting his kids with all their sports, academic pursuits and other activities. He’s a former Little League baseball coach and his hobbies include woodworking and barbecuing/smoking meat utilizing his seven outdoor cooking appliances.
