Patrick Carroll is an Associate Attorney in the Workers’ Compensation Division at RTRLAW, with a wealth of experience in workers’ compensation. Based in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Patrick is a dedicated advocate for his clients, ensuring that their rights are protected throughout the legal process. Patrick joined RTRLAW with a solid background in representing employers and insurance companies in Workers’ Compensation claims. His years of experience as an insurance defense attorney give him a unique advantage in representing injured workers because he understands how employers and insurance companies operate and handle claims.

Patrick earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland-State University College of Law at Cleveland State University in July 2021. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies from Bowling Green State University. Patrick is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is eligible to practice law in the state of Florida.

In his free time, Patrick enjoys golfing, traveling, attending sporting events, and spending time with friends and family.
