He was born on the beautiful island of Bermuda and was raised in Central Florida. Mr. Smith received his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law in 2000. Attorney Smith has been practicing law for over 20 years. He started his career as a prosecutor in Pinellas County, Fla.
