Prior to RTRLAW, Attorney Breiter worked as a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for Morgan & Morgan for almost three years. She handled a wide range of labor and employment law matters, including wage violations, discrimination and harassment claims, as well as retaliation claims. She specialized in resolving pre-litigation matters, personally settling 150 cases, and managed a large case list, while receiving exceptional reviews from her clients.
Previously, she served as an Associate Attorney on a wide array of civil business litigation matters, from business litigation to family law and other civil matters for two general practice law firms, attaining favorable results for clients on all cases and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
Ms. Breiter earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of South Florida with a major in Psychology. She later earned her Juris Doctorate degree, with honors, from Western Michigan University’s Thomas Cooley Law School. While attending law school, Ms. Breiter was a Managing Editor of the Thomas Cooley Law Review and received The Distinguished Student Award for her graduating class.
Ms. Breiter is a member of the Florida Bar, the Orange County Bar Association, the U.S. District Court – Middle and Southern Districts. She also has her Florida Real Estate License and is a Notary Public. Ms. Breiter resides in the Tampa area and enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
